Hi! Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener is made from stevia leaf extract, erythritol, and chicory root fiber. Stevia leaf extract is extracted from a natural source, the leaf of the stevia plant. Erythritol is produced by a natural process called fermentation. I don't think so. It's spoonable, but the monk fruit is not as sweet as regular Truvia, and this has a more bitter taste. I won't be purchasing the monk fruit variety again.
