Q: I can see this wallet has a small clip that can be clipped on clothes, but under that small lip is there an actual money clip that can hold bills?

The clip you see in the picture, is the only one and I use it to attach the pouch to my clothes. However, it may be used as a money clip although you will not be able to attach it to your pockets or clothes.

Q: says water resistant but is it waterproof? can i be in a pool with this in my pocket?

No. it is a nylon zipper case & not waterproof. What I love about it is the clip that holds it tight to my clothing. Like a money clip.

Q: Is there a zipper closure for the entire wallet - or just a xoppered pocket?

It’s not a wallet- it’s a small credit card sized coin purse type thing with a zipper and a clip to clip it to your waistband or belt.
