Q: can the bungees be replaced if they break

Buy your own bungee cords from Amazon. CARTMAN 1/4 Elastic Cord Crafting Stretch String with Various Colors, 40kg x 50ft, with 4 More Hooks, Black Color. I have used these for my JumSport 220 but you can get the 1/2 inch too.

Q: What is the max weight for this? My nephew is 230 lb. guy with autism and he jumps! Will it hold him??

I think it is rated at 250 to 300 lbs max but you should bear in mind that the heaver the weight and the longer the use would take its toll on the equipment sooner.

Q: Can I adjust the tension on the 220 model to stop it from squeaking when I bounce?

Hi Louise I have had my trampoline for close to 10 month now and it has never squeaked, very unlike my old one with springs. I use it outside even in the cold under cover. Could it be moisture or temperature in your case?I think the tension is adjustable by shortening the bungees. Good Luck.
