Q: will this work with mr buddy wall heater?

I don't think it would be good for this cause would be to much pressure. A fixed type regulator is what you will want to use.

Q: I installed this new hose ,but its burning yellow flame, which means its burning the pots black, how do i correct this issue

Adjust rhe air flow or you are using too much pressure

Q: is there an additional piece needed to connect the orifice connector brass by bayou classic mfrpartno 5235 to the burner?

I did not need any additional parts to connect to my gas grill.
