You can using display port 1.4, if you use hdmi 2.1 you can only get 4k at 120hz

Q: How many watts does this monitor require? i'm worried it might need too much juice for my 650 psu

Spec. sheet says Max at 140W - works with a 750, might work with your 650.

Q: Would a geforce rtx 2060 super work well with this monitor?

Yea I had the same gpu. It works pretty good if you set the monitor to 1080p. You wont get alot of frames at 1440p (60ish). I got the 7900xt as an upgrade and it has worked flawless
