Excellent quality phone. Dial features are also good. And one thing that guide manual is more informative.No more to tell. It's just Excellent and brings enthusiasm 😀

Very sturdy and value for money
I have bought multiple units for my office, working without any issue since last eighteen months and hopefully it will last for several more years. looks are sleek and attractive. One can go for it without any second thought. Speakerphone feature is quite useful at times.

Average, does it's job. Not great
The phone is average. There are no major drawbacks ... But, the ring tone volume and lcd - usability is not great(just OK).Go for it if you want an average phone which does it's job. But if u want great ring tone, better features (usability) on lcd,then I don't think this is the phone. I am comparing against the beetel high features phone which I used for 8 yrs before using this

The lowest rating is due to poor customer service of the Pansonic service centers ( or at least the one that I contacted in ERNAKULAM,KERALA ). In my opinior service centers should accept faulty products send by the customers through post or couriers, because it is unacceptable that the customers(or delegeate) have to go in person to these service centers just to get the faulty product get accepted by the service center for repairing. And another day to get it back.WARNING!!!! You may loose two working days just to get your faulty panasonic (in case it happens) product get repaired from its registered service centeres. Buy Panasonic products, if you there is a service center nearby.The quality of the product doesn't matter really matter in this case, a good aftersale service is what is needed.By the way i don't expect Panasonic to open service centers in every nook and corner of india.FYI: My panasonic corded phone gets faulty due to lightining issues.Hope this review helps you.
