KNITPRO KP47480 Crochet Hook Set: Single Ended: ZING, Assorted

wow just wow .bought these as I heard so many good things about them .I've not crochet in 30 years ,I tried with a normal cheaply made hook and could still crochet. but I decided to bite the bullet and buy thesethey are fab for the price of just over 20 pounds .very easy to crochet with .nice in the hand which doesn't cramp my hand up ,I've crochet for.many.many hours today and my hand is perfect ,these really are the best on the market and so very comfortable to use .the hook doesn't get hot or cold while holding itthe set has all the right sizes u need for most projects except very large hooks for extra chunky wool.I'm using these to make crochet toys which I've never made.before and to be totally honest these are my dream hooks .I'll never go back to cheahooks ever againthese hooks are very well made and in lovely colours I highly recommend these hooksdony bother buying cheap hooks as cheap means buy twicejust buy this set and if looked after will last you a lifetimea real lovely set

I have bought every kind of hook that has been made and these are lovely to work with.They glide through all types of yarn and are attractive to look at and very well made and strong.It’s a shame that this beautiful set of hooks don’t come in a nicer case.The case is cheaply made, looks awful, is awkward to open and close and cheapens the look of the hooks if you are giving as a gift.However, the hooks really are of a superb quality.

These hooks are presented in a beautiful, practical case. They are easy to hold and fit nicely in the hand. They are so comfortable to hold I can crochet all day with them. I love the fact that the hooks are colour coded so I can easily find the size I need for the project I am working on.

I already have knitpro nova interchangeable knitting needles that I love, so when I wanted crochet hooks I had no hesitation deciding to opt for the same brand. I have always preferred a more traditional style hook rather than the so-called ergonomic style, therefore chose the Zing hooks. These are beautifully smooth, and are incredibly lightweight feeling slightly warm to the touch in spite of being aluminium. They're super smooth with no discernible difference where the hook joins the main handle, hooks are smooth and pick up yam really well and does not split the yarn. I have quite stiff hands but these didn't hurt my hands at all and are super comfy to hold and use. Bearing in mind you could easily spend over £3 per hook in craft shops this is a good price for 9 hooks. The one downfall i think is the case - not great, stiff to get hooks in and no spare slots for additional hooks. Overall a brilliant product that I would definitely recommend.

I wanted to purchase a new set of hooks and thought I would go for these one this time, the hooks themselves are great, but only giving a 4* due to the fact it is very hard to get the hooks back into the case, the elastic is very tight and due to not having a good grip in my hands it is very annoying. It is not down to my hands as I got a friend to put my hook back into the case and she found it very hard to, you have to try and pull the elastic up and slid the hooks in.The company needs to redesign this and make the elastic a little bit looser.So if you have got arthritis in your fingers etc, please think twice before ordering these

I’ve only been crocheting a couple of years, having been a knitter, I’ve always used the knit pro knitting needles including the zing DPNs which I love, these have been in and out or my basket several times, and I’m so glad I clicked buy! I love them, very light, the hook itself is perfect, pointy and hooky enough not to drop the yarn, and they just glide along. Highly recommended

I just love knit pro needles. Having previously bought the knitting set, I purchased these to match. They are easy to use, the yarn slides well on them, and the ‘point’ is easy to insert in your work.

I purchased these hooks for myself as I wanted a spare set of hooks.These hooks are amazing, they are so smooth and glide easily without snagging. They are comfortable to hold and the nice colours look great.I now use these as my go to hooks
