Was a little skeptical knowing the company sold some really low quality items both in detail and in the plastic composition. I’d never see any of their stuff in real life and had only read about these plastics. I bought the kit on a whim seeing good reviews and when it arrives I was very impressed. Apparently Zvezda did some serious re-organizing and moved its manufacturing to Russia (or back to Russia?) and have been able to produce really nice injections. I’ve been tearing through various kits for a large project these past 3 months and nothing from Revell or Trumpeter has compared. Granted I bought mid tier kits from those companies but still- I wouldn’t automatically assume a domestically produced plastic product from Russia would look and feel so good. Especially considering that it’s a hobby product. AND the English language instructions are accurate. Very little evidence that they were google translate copy pasted. Some stuff isn’t totally specific in the English or is more clear in the Russian, rather. But those lines are pretty unimportant or are very nuanced relative to the rest of the instructions or suggestions made in the manual. Regardless, there are a few really good YouTube walkthroughs for this kit in English. Definitely challenging but will be my best build yet when completed.

1st time doing a zveda model and I have to say they are pretty good. Crisp lines and good detail. Would recommend trying this one.
