You will be making homemade pasta shortly that will stand up against any pasta anywhere
Hand crank and it's incredible how Good the pasta turns out even our first time was quick easy and delicious. this while works great needs some thought on how to set it up for your particular setup as it requires a C Clamp to either an edge of counter or cutting board which I attach that to counter while this is clamped to my cutting board but other than that this works great every time and couldn't be easier to make homemade pasta within minutes.

Excellent product
I have this to my daughter in law as a present and she uses it several times a week. Its easy to use and the pasta tastes so much better homemade.

Was heavier than I thought it would be
Seems made of good quality metal. Comes with several attachments all pack neatly in a box. Can't say how it hold up or works because it was bought for a gift

beefy and sturdy
It turns making homemade pasta into an easy event instead of a horrible chore.PROS: Sturdy well built machine and attachments. It comes with several attachments to make different pastas including ravioli, spaghetti, and Fettuccini. The parts are heavy and solid just like the much more expensive Atlas but at 1/3 of the price.CONS: The clamp used to hold it in place is fidgetyThe handle is not moveable to the opposite side for left/right handed people or counters. The dial is a bit hard to read and turnOVERALL:It's a great option for people on a budget who would like to start making their own pastas at home. There are MANY more attachments you can order from Cuciina Pro to make your favorite pastas.

Works great, but don't get this if all you want is ravioli!
Such a great machine!!! My hunky and I got this so that we could make spinach whole wheat pasta into ravioli since we both want to incorporate more whole wheat and we've been curious about the possibility of making our own pastas. First of all, the cleaning process was super easy and took us maybe 5 minutes to roll paper towels through the rollers that we needed before we were absolutely sure that all of the excess oil and metal were removed, so that's no big deal. Then it took us maybe 30 minutes to get really good with rolling the pasta to the right thickness without breaking it, so while there was a learning curve it actually turned out to be super easy to use and understand! The ravioli attachment also worked brilliantly, although I'd say that we're probably never going to use it again because 1) It didn't quite lock into place properly on the machine itself and 2) the ravioli it makes were so small that you could barely taste and enjoy the filling! We're probably just going to make them by hand next time and use one of the pasta crimp roller wheel things instead. (We got the Norpro 112 Grip-EZ pastry and Ravioli Wheel and can already confirm it works great!)Also, the only downside of the machine itself is more a downside of our kitchen. Because the machine's handle can only be placed on one certain side, there's only one spot in our whole kitchen counter that can accommodate it and allow for us to roll out the dough without hitting a literal wall. I wish that the handle could be put into either side, and I also kind of wish that it had come with 2 c-clamps instead of just one but... Other than that, honestly, I'm so pleased with how well this inexpensive machine performed that I'm not actually bothered by this. But I would say that if you're getting this specifically for the ravioli attachment, which I did, just skip it and form the ravioli by hand. You can get an equivalent machine for about $25 here on Amazon that doesn't have the attachment instead.

Didn't work right out of the box due to sloppy gear movement.
I bought this machine primarily for its angel hair cutting rollers. Unfortunately, the angel hair rollers don't work. The pasta will not feed into the twin cutter rollers. Period. After an hour of frustration, I cleaned it and noticed that when I turn the crank on the twin angel hair roller/cutters, only one of the two rollers turns. The partner roller just sits there, refusing to feed the dough into between the cutters.I had to take it apart to see what was wrong. The handle turns one of the two cutters, and a gear is supposed to turn the other one, so as to feed the dough through it. The gear in question is the one I'm pointing to in the attached photo. It slips in and out of alignment with its mate gear. The machine works for about two cranks of the handle, and then the gear slips out of synch with the other gear, and the dough no longer feeds through the crank.I looked into finding a way to fix it, but by the way it's clipped together, I don't see how I can find any parts in a hardware store to fix this flaw in the design.Angel hair is the cutter I would use the most, and it's the cutter that doesn't work. This product didn't do what I had hoped. I returned it after only one frustrating attempt at using it to cut angel hair pasta.
