In the advert his item was describe as Extra Firm, so l thought l'll buy it however when it arrived it was really soft and l was really disappointed because l was looking forward to cooking with it. Hugly disappointed

Too sloppy for my preference. Maybe extra firm would be best if grilling or frying.

I used this to liquidise with nutritional yeast flakes to make a delicious vegan cheese type sauce, then the other blocks sat around in the cupboard for a while before being thrown out
