Pennington Alaska 8-5-0 Pure Dry Fish Fertilizer, 3-Pound

I have used fish fertilizer before. I used this product as I was planting my plants is planters. Today, I went out to move some flowers around and there were MAGOTS in my pots from the fertilizer!! I dug out as much as I could but now I have to go buy something to kills the little bugs and rest of MAGOTS that I couldn't reach without damaging my plants. So grossed out. I will not buy from this manufacture again! I will be very upset if my plants die as I literally paid hundreds of dollars to get my yard looking decent. My kids won't even be able to eat the strawberries from the planters like they used too because of the bug killer I will have to use.

Bought these because a friend who is a landscaper said fish fertilizer works well. It is too early to really tell a difference now still being winter but time will tell how things bloom in the spring. I used it on my indoor plants too and my kitties discovered the fish smell in the plant. I cannot smell it but they sure can. They tried eating it....lol

I've been using liquid fish fertilizer since forever and never knew there was dry fish fertilizer.... until now! I'm quite happy since I no longer need to mix and pour smelly fish fertilizer anymore. Now I can just sprinkle some of these and done, plants get nutritious fish food. I can't find these at my local garden center so I'm happy Amazon offers it at a price I find decent.
