Bad instructions and quality
Extremely poor quality with wrong instructions. Instructions say to drill mounting hole 1/2 inch. It needs to be 7/16, not 1/2. The insert is okay but the bolt that attaches the wheel to the insert is not a bolt, it is part of the frame that is cast metal, therefore has no tensile strength. drop it and it will snap off. The wheel is very soft metal and easily deformed.

This is a heavy duty, chrome plated set of parts for a pizza wheel cutter. When combined with a handle crafted of specially selected wood, it has an unusual look of beauty. Highly recommend.

You have to make your own handle
If you are ready to make your own handle, the metal they provide is of high quality. But they might do better by NOT PICTURING A PIZZA CUTTER THAT ALREADY HAS A HANDLE.....
