Once or twice a day for better health
I used to get these in gummies and got so used to those I panicked when the gummies were no longer available. This brand changed that and now I keep a couple of pills in a vial with me if I eat a snack on the road.

Just finished my 1st bottle, yes, dry eyes are better, much better. My eyeglass script actually decreased & my vision tested as improved. Impressive I really began talking goji for arthritis inflammation, but am very impressed so far

Smaller Capsule than another Bargain brand.
Been taking for almost a year now and will most likely not be ordering again. Just bought another bargain brand that is 600mg and it’s almost 2x bigger as this Carlyle 1000mg. Now im not sure if the Carlyle brand actually helped or not (taken because everyone claims this is great antioxidant) but just seeing the size difference and color variation turns me away from this product.
