fantastic
ive tried the boswellia before and it never made any difference so i was dubious about this product . it actually works if taken daily, i need both my knees replacing due to arthritus so the pain and swelling was horrible,, now i dont know what these specifically do but whatever it is i hope it continues,, highly recommended for joint pain

Difficult to rate
I have Crohn's and I'm looking for a decrease in inflammation - it's a tough ask obviously, and I can't say anything has changed but neither has anything deteriorated, so a tricky one to rate as yet

Work well for one but not another.
Although it dropped my BP too much from my normally low are and I was unable to use them my friend is delighted with them. He needs to lower his BP, refuse inflammation and reduce joint pain. He believes Boswellia is starting to work for him.
