I used it to fix an Acer One netbook that would not turn on properly (crashed/freezed during POST); the PC will boot into Windows just fine with the defective battery removed.The new battery worked like a charm :-)Please note that these motherboard batteries only hold charge for about 18 to 20 days (that is without recharging during "normal use"). If you don't use the computer regularly the battery may enter in deep-discharge and need replacing again...

The battery would't hold charge at all. I even try to leave it on over night but it still didn't hold.I had to go elsewhere to get one that would work.

This battery worked perfectly for my laptop, My old cmos died, and I needed a new one quick, there were not many options to choose from but this seller had a good price and a fast shipping speed. I am very pleased with my new cmos battery! thank you!

Ordered this battery as a replacement CMOS battery for a Toshiba Laptop. Worked like a charm although I had to plug in the charger to the laptop to get it charged for a couple of minutes. Worked like a charm. Battery was an exact replacement for my Toshiba.

Just fine. It was a perfect fit for replacement of my Asus EE netbook. Had to break the tiny spot welds of the cable/wire terminals lose from the old battery, and then carefully (& quickly to avoid overheating the new batt) solder the cable ends into place on the pos. & neg. sides of the batt, WITHOUT SHORTING IT OUT.--Smeared some glue around the edges of the battery to insulate the area where a short could easily occur between the neg & pos. Seems to be working perfectly fine, so far. Let's hope I get another 4-5 years of service out of this one.

No clue if it works yet. Have to solder it in.

This was an exact replacement for the CMOS batter in my Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 11s (2013).Laptop would no longer boot, up. Had to get to the motherboard and de-solder the old battery and solder in this new one.Laptop works great again.

I bought this to replace the CMOS battery in my decade old Acer Aspire laptop.Since part of the functionality of this depends on if i soulder and install it properly, im gonna leave a 5 star review. The product was received as expected and is exactly as advertised.
