Works to convert HDMI out to USB C Video In on Desktop PC, supports Pen & Touch on Lenovo 14t
My need was to add my Lenovo ThinkVision 14t touch + pen monitor to my desktop to use for note taking during Zoom calls and to provide high quality pen input to documents. The Wacom Link Plus is working perfectly for this purpose, and is one of only two devices I could find that convert HDMI to USB C Display/Alt Mode, the other being from SIIG (which I have not tried). I get display, touch and pen/stylus input all working properly on the 14t display via a single Thunderbolt 3 cable from Link Plus to the 14t. The other data connections are HDMI out from my desktop video card to the Link Plus, and USB 2 from Desktop to Link Plus. The USB 2 connection carries the touch and stylus data. Power to the Link Plus is coming from a nearby USB AC adapter via a USB C 3.1 gen 2 cable rated at 3A (probable much more capacity than is actually required).See images for more details.Device manufacturers are treating HDMI to USB-C video +data as a rare need, and perhaps it is, but judging by the comments and reviews, it's becoming more common as monitors move to USB-C inputs while there are tons of legacy devices with only HDMI or DisplayPort outputs.Highly recommended.

Works with Apple Studio Display
This product is perfect for the PCs (and old Macs) that lack a thunderbolt (or DisplayPort over USB-C) connection but still want to just use the monitor. It does so by using the mini display port and USB 2.0 (micro) on your computer to this box and output the video and data connection through a single USB-C connection that acts as if it was a thunderbolt (or DisplayPort over USB-C) connection. It maxes out at 4k resolution but it doesn't look as bad on a 5k monitor like this, but at least the speakers, microphone and webcam will still work.I would recommend going this route especially to retain full functionality of the Apple Studio Display. As there are only a couple others that allow that to happen.

Unable to Function
I'm sure this would have worked fine, but mine came in, unable to be recognized by both my desktop and MobileStudio Pro 16. This could be an issue where just mishandling it can easily bork the little thing, I'm not sure. Either through shipping or myself, or a combination of both. I've had read that dongles like these are easily broken in either case. This would be a rather important piece for my new work space, but as it didn't function out of the box, I can't really recommend something like this. It would be far more cheaper to get a dedicated USB-C port for your motherboard, a decent length USB-C cord, and connect your MobileStudioPro through it that way instead, as that was the intended way to connect the tablet to your PC.For 70 dollars, this piece of equipment did not feel worth it at all.

Works on Wacom MSPro 16.
The media could not be loaded. I was afraid this would not work on the Wacom MSPro 16 but it does. I didn't have to download any files when I hooked it up so I believe they had passed a updated long long ago for it to work. I heard others saying how it would not work when it 1st came out. I guess they fixed it.I am playing my Nin Switch on it because I wanted to see how good it would look using the mClassic combined with the Gaming & Cinema cables. I am very happy with the results big time. I found the price just right as before it was over $100 last I checked so the wait was worth it.

Works with Nreal Airs
Great product, works for my use case. I have a pair of Nreal Airs and all of the HDMI to USB C adapters I have tested cause the display to be off center/cropping. This is the only adapter that worked out of the box.Apple TV and Nintendo Switch looks great, have not had any issues.

It didn't work until I got an additional usb-c cable
what the title said, that pisses me off is that Wacom didn't say anywhere on their official sites that i needed this version of wacom link for the 2019 version of Mobile Studio Pro, making me purchase 2 wacom links and an extra cable.

Works great for a one cord solution.
I was tired of having THREE cords coming from my Cintiq Pro 16 and this was a great solution. I still have power, USB and Mini Display cords since my MacBook Pro doesn't have USB-C ports. But there is now only ONE cord going to the Cintiq Pro 16 and that is SO MUCH BETTER!
