This cream is amazing. It is not oily and glides on easily. In about 30 seconds the area stops itching and the healedfeeling lasts for hours. Thank you to those who reviewed this before me, otherwise my baby would be still itching like crazy and his mommy would go into pieces. Got rid of the itches, and the rough skin within days! We have tried other creams with Hydrocortisone before and nothing worked. Highly recommend it
