AWESOME!
This is a perfect base for any 16 x 28 mat regardless of height. I saw a lot of complaints about the quality of the rubber, but I must say, I have had the exact same one for over 9 years and it has been flawless. The new one is a perfect renewal and in great condition. It looks classy and is very heavy and won't blow away. I got the :Enjoy Life" insert and I could not be happier. BTW, the old one went to the back door; that message on the coir mat insert was "Hello". Love it.Oh, and the price is 10$ less than my local Merrifield Garden Store in northern VA.

Exactly What I Was Looking For
Our current door mat was too small for our new porch and this mat fit exactly around our existing one. It’s high quality and looks great!

Unfortunately had to return because the mat I had bought did not fit into this tray.

Quality Mat
I bought with this along with the mat that goes inside. It is a very nice mat. The rubber is not hard, but not too soft that you think it won't last. The mat fits nicely inside and is changeable for the seasons. Really like this mat and would buy again.

Terrible product!!!
When we received the mat it was first packaged horribly. So we pulled it out and there were rips all over it. some were on the outside edge where the design pattern is and then one in the part where the mat actually goes. On top of that you could tell it was cheap because the leftover rubber from the molding was never removed. so the detail of the look-a-like rod iron was horrible. I do NOT recommend anyone purchase this mat frame. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Nice, but cheaper at Bed Bath & Beyond
Bought this on Amazon and am happy with it in general but just saw it at Bed Bath and Beyond for $19.99/ea for the frame and the mats that go inside.

Love it!
Bought this Mat Frame along with insert doormat for a housewarming gift. Makes a classy welcome to any home. Great quality. Transaction was easy, quick and completely satisfactory. Will order again and again. My first doormat lasted for 3 years and recently replaced it with a new one.
