Not a bad product
I've been using it for a bit over 2 weeks now. I don't notice a drastic improvement yet or anything worth writing home about. I did, however, just realize the dosage is for 1 capsule 2x a day so I'll try that and see how it goes.

Not so sure about effectiveness
I have used 5-HTP in the past with great effect, experiencing a lessening of depression. I've been taking this for a couple months and haven't really noticed that same effect. I haven't really noticed a change in my sleep patterns either but don't have an issue with that. I started taking two a day, so I will see if that helps with my mood. But maybe in future I will pay a little more for a reputable, known brand. This one is new to me but I bought it for the lower price compared to other brands. A lot of trust has to go into buying and taking supplements, since I have no way to test the ingredients other than how I feel, that is what I must trust.
