Boy this makes me sleep peacefully just started taking these again. Leaves an after taste so I take it with juice or while eating. Best to take at night.

Not really sure because after I took a couple doses I noticed it has silicone dioxide in it...I don't know about you but I don't want that in my health supplements...super bummed I need my ashwagandha too ....I do recommend ashwagandha just not this brand ...sorry I'd like my money back too...
