Twenty-five years ago Baffin Footwear began manufacturing insulated and non-insulated footwear products. While traditional molded boots are suitable for some conditions, they are not ideal for cold temperatures. Baffin combines leading molding technology with a foam-based inner boot system, which creates a hybrid style of high-performance footwear. This equates to more warmth, better fit, and superior comfort. Baffin boots are different than most shoes and work boots because the sole and midsole are molded to the base in one continuous process. The sole itself is a marvel of modern engineering because it is made up of several advanced thermo-set polymers that are combined together to achieve the right balance of warmth, protection, low weight and grip. Baffin is dedicated to offering boots with functionality and fashion, while still maintaining their legendary performance. See more

Wonderful Product
I've owned 3-4 pair of these over the last decade or so, and used them happily them until there were holes worn in the soles. My most recent Baffin slippers fit unusually tight fresh out of the box, to the point that at first I wrote a negative review over the matter. But in two days or so they loosened up sufficiently, and are now perfectly acceptable. Clearly either something has changed or I got an extra-tight pair that slipped through quality control-- these were very definitely a bit smaller than the others. In the end, however, they stretched out well and are as warm and comfortable as all the rest have been. So...These Baffins always were and still remain the best slipper-type footwear on the planet, that I know of. But I look at my recent experience and other reviews, and have to wonder if the sizes aren't maybe creeping smaller and smaller to save on materials. Take the sizing chart seriously, and (while accepting they'll stretch some) make sure you try them on before the return window closes. For my part, I very much hope that Baffin reads this and ensures their future as a company by remembering that while their product can be reduced very slowly over time in size, their customer's feet cannot. I can't replace my feet, but if I must I can and will find a new brand of slippers.

Best Slippers Ever!!
These slippers are exactly what I have been looking for! I wanted some "around the house" type of footwear without actually wearing shoes. They are light in weight, fit snug around your feet and ankles, keep both your feet and ankles warm, and have a non-slip flexible material for the sole. I think the inside bottom could use a little more cushioning, but not bad. I normally wear a size 10 with an E width tennis shoe, so I got the XL version slippers.....they fit perfectly!! When I keep my home in the winter time here in the Midwest around 62 degrees (to save on my energy bill) I wear sweats all the time to stay warm, but I wanted slippers, not shoes, to keep my feet and ankles warm as well....these Baffin slippers are the exact ticket! I love these slippers!!! Here's a tip for the Baffin company; start embroidering these slippers with college logos and you will sell a ton of them to students and fans all over!Update: To increase the cushioning, I inserted a pair of Dr. Scholl's Gel Work Insoles.....works great! However, the outside soles wear out extremely fast, so I coated the worn areas with a rubber coating, like Flex Shot.

Warm and cushioned
Great warmth and comfort for around the house on hardwood floors in the winter. Especially helpful for those who suffer from Reynauds syndrome/ poor pedal circulation. I’m a podiatrist and I approve this product.

Great comfort, warmth, and construction
I bought these to wear for long days of studying in the library, where my shoes lack warmth and comfort. They are perfect for my purpose, but are certainly not an every-day pair of slippers...Pros:1) Comfortable - These are very comfy, mirroring the kind of material/stuffing you'd find on a nice sleeping bag or down-jacket. The material is very fluffy (not as fluffy as the picture would lead you to believe, but fluffy enough), which hugs your foot, and is very satisfying.2) Warm - The same material that makes these comfy, makes them warm. Whether it's actual goose-down or synthetic down, they hold heat well and keep my toes toasty. The adjustable cinch at the top (see user submitted pictures) of the slipper opening allows you to adjust the air flow in/out of the top of the slipper; letting you decide just how warm you want it to be within.3) Great Fit - The cinch at the top also keeps the slipper in place on your foot. In combination with the very cushioned down-like stuffing, the slipper is a very good fit, since it can accommodate to +/- 1 the listed shoe size of the slipper.4) Solid Construction - There's no getting around the fact that the seams are sewn tight. This is definitely not some piece of quickly assembled garbage. I will definitely be taking these on my next camping trip.Cons:1) Barely Any Sole - The "sole" in this slipper is basically a piece of wool-like material. As such, this is definitely not a slipper for walking/daily house-hold use. The floor is hard against your gait, and these are better suited for lounging or cold feet in situations where you are not moving around.2) No Traction - The bottom of the slipper has some type of rough/resistant covering (akin to vinyl). Which makes them resistant to wear, I suppose, but in the process, much more apt to slipping and sliding. Again, these slippers were definitely not designed for the purpose of walking around/daily household slipper use.Overall, for my purpose these slippers really fit the bill. With the price in mind, these are of really great value. I would have loved to be able to use them around the house, but due to the very thin sole and lack of traction, I cannot. I suppose that it will most likely make these slippers last longer, since I won't be using them every day...

Baffin Cush Booty Unisex Insulated Slippers
I have worn these Baffin Cush Booty Unisex Insulated Slippers for years to keep my feet warm. This latest purchase has let me down. The sizing was off just about a 1/2 a size. The padding in the bottom of the slipper seems to have flattened out very quickly compared to last year's purchase. They don't seem to keep my feet as warm as previous purchases have done. Finally, they just don't seem to be made with the same quality they once were. I find that fact very disappointing.

Crazy Warm and Grippy on Ice
This is our second pair of these great outdoor slippers. Here are the highlights:- Very light weight.- Grip bottom is unbelievable.- Warmer than most, if not all, snow boots. My wife's feet are NEVER cold in these.- This pair is a little lower than the older model making them easier to get into.- This pair has padding on the bottom to provide additional protection to the bottom of the feet.Highest quality at a great value. Super product.
