Everything is great, until. Been using one of the glasses every day for five months. A crack has appeared in the middle of the wall of the glass. No extreme temperatures, no dish washing. Just remember these are cheap glasses, and perhaps not up to daily usage. For that you are perhaps back to something far more expensive.For me, just at a new one out of the box of six :-)Mine arrived in the post perfect by the way - seen report of breakages in transit.Glass has to be taken out of service like that, partly due to safety, mainly due to the risk of suddenly leaking a good dram. Best be safe.Anyways, everything is good, except perhaps for their ability to handle daily usage.That said, one small crack in one glass from one reviewer. Just be aware of the price/quality tradeoff eh?

Bought 12 of these glasses to be used primarily for alcohol beverages. The glasses themselves are of a good build standard with a heavy base. Although this can make this somewhat prone to slipping if you hold them from the top half. Nothing that ive had a problem with but a small factor be to taken into consideration.Due to its larger, more heavier base the tumbler is larger at the bottom which makes pouring drinks interesting as its mostly guess work. The main factor with these cups is the quality and that they dont chip easily and so far in the past 6 months im yet to break, or chip any of the tumblers and so well recommended.

These look so much more expensive than they are and I've recently discovered that they are also perfect for serving dessert in, like chocolate mousse. Comfortable to hold and our cats can't knock them over!
