As someone who prioritizes health and wellness, I was excited to try these bars, and they exceeded my expectations. The 7-bar sampler pack allowed me to explore different flavors, and I loved them all! The texture is perfect – not too chewy or too crunchy. I appreciate that they're:- High in fiber and protein- Low in sugar- Gluten-free and vegan-friendly- Made with wholesome, plant-based ingredientsThese bars have become a staple in my daily routine, serving as a satisfying meal replacement or post-workout snack. The taste is amazing, and I feel great knowing I'm fueling my body with good stuff. Kudos to IQBAR for creating such a wonderful product! I'll be purchasing more. Highly recommended!

There are delicious!! My favorite flavor is the lemon blueberry, but honestly they all taste soo yummy. I like that they don’t have a lot of sugar, only 2 grams, and they still give me 12 grams of protein which makes them perfect after working out or when I just want a healthy snack. They are also keto friendly, vegan, and gluten free. The texture is nice too because it’s crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle, so it feels like a treat without being junk food. I think they’re totally worth trying and I’d get them again for sure.

I recently found IQ Bar at my local Costco a few months back, all they had was a box of Peanut Butter Chip, Chocolate Seasalt, and the Almond Butter variety pack so that’s where I started. I instantly loved them, even the chocolate sea salt which is a flavor I normally don’t go for. You got many bars for the price(atleast at Costco lol), so it was a good deal and they were yummy and offered 12g of protein which is a good “snack”. They also don’t have that nasty “musty” smell that most low carb snacks have. The quality of the bar tastes great and the texture is sort of like a soft and chewy fudge brownie. They are not sticky.Well, Costco ran out so I turned to Amazon which is when I discovered there were more than just those 3 flavors. I immediately ordered the sampler pack.Here’s my ranking from BEST to WORST:Almond Butter ChipBanana NutPeanut Butter ChipChocolate SeasaltChocolate MintToasted Coconut Chip (which shocked me because I love coconut!)annnnd last and DEFINITELY LEAST… Lemon Blueberry. This bar alone took away a star from the rating because it literally made me want to hurl. I know taste is an opinion and preference, but for the love of all that is holy.. don’t eat this flavor. Tastes like the devil’s butt mixed with lemon pledge and children’s tears.

These "Peanut Butter Chip" IQ Bars are probably the best protein bars I've found: moderate calories, manageable fat content, high protein, high fiber, no added sugar. Good chewiness and the taste is fine; not so good that you're tempted to gorge on them like they were peanut butter cups. If they just left out the cocoa butter and/or the coconut oil (not a great oil) to reduce the fat a little more, as well as the stevia (who needs it?) and the vitamin E (correlates with some cancers!), then they would be perfect. But they're better than many other protein bars that are loaded with sugar or erythritol, so I continue to buy these regularly; I'd buy even more if they dropped the above unnecessary/unhealthy ingredients. I would give these 4.5 stars but am rounding up.
