My bowl just arrived and it is broken, how do I get a replacement??

I would try reaching out to the seller see if they will honor there product. Sorry to hear one of them got broken.

Would this bowl be suitable for my cornsnake to soak in?

No you need a bigger bowl this is a small bowl just for feeding bearded dragons it's too small for a snake to soak in.

Can superworms escape?

No they cant it has a lip all the way around it dubia roaches cant escape either its great bowl!!! Hope this helps

Is this heavy enough to not be knocked/tipped over by a beardie?

The bowl is ceramic so it is fairly heavy. My beardie is about 17 inches long so he would probably be able to move it around but tipping it would be very difficult. The outside is smooth so there are no ridges that they an get their nose under. I really can't see an easy way to tip this bowl over. Of course, I would never say never!
