It took forever to finally decide upon a sink for my new kitchen. This was a great choice. Happy with the look and how it functions.

I bought two new Kraus sinks. I had the option of buying previously opened box for cheaper which I reclined because I wanted to make sure they were new.One was delivered in the original box, the other not. Had I known, I would have bought the « used » sink.

I have other Kraus sinks and had high hopes for this one. As you know, once an undermount sink is installed, there's no turning back! I think it's a jip that it doesn't come with the protective grate. So I had to order that separately. (Made the cost go up significantly) Now it is a beautiful sink, but the design makes it so that it's impossible to rinse the sink clean without removing the grate. This is a major pain. I though (wrongly) that the DEX line was somehow treated so it would be spot-free. Nope. Also, I used a non-scratch scrubber on the sink and it didn't really "scratch" per se, but now there's an area that's a bit shinier than the rest. Bad scrubber or bad stainless steel? Not sure. Anyway, it's functional but not the most practical sink I own. I like to have a clean sink - maybe if all those little bits of food in the sink don't bother you (Like they don't bother my husband) I guess this is the sink for you.
