Will this help boost a signal on a 35' hdmi and still boost to 4k resolution? 35' worked for a while but would freeze and now isn't working at all

We’re weren’t doing 4K, we were trying to boost to 1080. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for us. So we returned it.

Does this work on ARC input?

I dont recommending this product its very noisy.

Can multiple boosters be placed in series to reach 800 feet from house to antenna?

This doesn't use any antenna. It plugs into the HDMI cable between the computer and the monitor or tv. It get's its power from a separate USB cable.

How long is the power cord?

It's a USB cable about three feet long. I don't know the max length. I'd suggest that plugging it into the same computer with the video processor and keeping both close to the computer would be a good idea. I don't know what the max length of the USB cable might be, or why anybody would want longer. You've asked another customer, might want to click on the 'contact seller' link to get a better answer.
