Exactly as expected and worked like a charm. While the collar appears harsh, it was needed as a training tool for our 150 pound Newfie pup to learn to heal without pulling us around! He quit pulling almost immediately. Collar seems sturdy and includeded rubber tips.

Worked immediately on a crazy cocker spaniel. Great product. Does get tangled sometimes in the hair on his ears but have you seen Spaniel ears?! Description says how it works and it does exactly that. I highly recommend for 70 year olds being dragged all over the yard with hyper, hard to control breeds. It was this or give up my pet. No longer chasing cars or jumping at people or jerking me all over the place. Unlike other training collars he does not panic and jump and twist to get loose. I have had no problems of any sort putting on or off and neither has the dog. Only suggestion is to hang up after removing as it does get tangled on occasion and to untangle it is like trying to straighten out a knotted necklace. More affordable than a dog trainer or dog whisperer.

I always thought I was against these, but it’s necessary for my reactive dog. It’s the only thing that has worked to make our walks enjoyable. I was nervous because the one I bought before this kept coming undone while walking her which was really really bad! So I wanted to make sure I had a good one that would t do that! At first use I was nervous about the click. I was very very afraid of it coming undone. I have a “lunger”. She’s super reactive and will suddenly lunge and jump at any dog walking by. Sometimes I don’t see what she hears and it takes me by surprise. I can manage her but needed a collar strong enough to hold her and to create enough discomfort for her to stop because when she’s reactive she stops at nothing (sometimes not even this) anyhow. This has held up VERY well and I’m so glad I got it. No complaints, no issues, no escaping dog. I love that we can enjoy daily walks together with this. Highly recommend.

This collar is for my young pup who is half Doberman and half Weimaraner. 10 months old and already 60 pounds. He is very hyper and I needed this to help control him when walking. It works very well, the links are strong and nothing has broken. The clasp is also metal and easy to use.My problem with it is that the links connecting the prongs to the sliding chain of the collar have slipped from their normal positions and now are twisted and won't lie flat on my dog's neck. When it first happened on just one side, I was able to jiggle it and push it until it returned to the correct position. Now it has happened again and on both sides. Very disappointing as I was enjoying using this product.

I find the prong collar with the quick release on top of the dogs neck instead of under the neck easier to use. I pinch my fingers almost every time I release it. Overall the collar is sturdy and made well except for where the release is located, not well thought out.

appearance makes my dog look like a very protective dog. great value for your money. dog seems to know when its time to go on a walk when he sees the shiny chain. size was great for my golden doodle.

We absolutely love these collars for our dogs. The quality is incredible with no sharp edges. The functionality and training ability of them is phenomenal. They are easy to remove without harming your pet. They are adjustable which we love. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of how difficult it is to readjust them to a different size. Otherwise they are amazing and allow us to walk our dogs with ease. Would buy again!
