I love this cookware...have purchased various pots and frying pans in different sizes as individual items. They're fairly substantial but not too heavy. NOTHING sticks to them, food cooks evenly, they are very easy to clean, and very attractive. Most of them come with clear glass lids (although this pan did not). They're priced very well. I probably should have purchased a full set but this way I have only the types and sizes of pans that I actually use.

I read reviews about using a ceramic pan, I was so impressed when I received and used this pan excellent texture with the ceramic you don't need any oil or any cooking spray however it works even better if you do use cooking spray excellent product.

It’s super good quality of a pan. I did return it because I did not pay attention how big it is if it would be a bigger size I would definitely keep it. I have deodorant one from the same brand and I absolutely love it.

I received the pan I ordered in next day delivery. I realized when trying to assemble the handle to the pan, they were not compatible. I sent the pan back and another was sent to me the next day. This time the handle fit and the Pan is beautiful, work flawlessly dispensing the heat perfectly, and non-stick with egg and CHEESE. Very nice!

So far it has been great. Use a tiny bit of oil before each use. DO NOT USE SPRAY ON NON STICK aerosol cans. Apparently the lecithin in them causes issues with non-stick pans over time. Just use a bit of plain old cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe it around. Cooks eggs great. High heat is not required. Burgers cook with less splattering. Again high heat not required. I have been happy with it so far. Cleans very easily. Do not use metal utensils in the pan or metal scrub pads. Just using it at home. Size is good for me. Then handle is super smooth and feels almost soft with whatever material that is.

My old pans surfaces have given up the ghost, so treated myself to try this. Shock surprised. Wish I had shaken the sentimental views long before. This is one of my new fav things purchased on amazon.I've cooked two hamburgers on this with some olive oil the past couple of days.Just kept it on low to do its thing (as suggested on label). Let it warm the usual two min. Created perfect meals both times. Very easy clean. I wish every corner of life was so easy and helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this! Heats quickly and evenly. Looks nice hanging on our rack ( honestly it makes everything else look bad, we may need to start replacing other things). It can make 5 small quesadillas at once without a need for oil. So I can throw food to the starving masses while making more. Love this.
