Great, light water solution
I took awhile to decide between this product and a competitor's and finally decided to go with the company I have long used and trusted. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. I have larger hydration packs for day hikes with room for gear, etc. What I wanted was something ultra light with a few pockets for cycling, light hikes, and for use while excavating overseas. This sits up high on the shoulders, so the load is light and easy to carry. The quality doesn't seem as well constructed as my heavier duty day pack, but the trade off in weight is nice. I hope the buckles, zippers, etc., will hold up okay, especially in the dusty conditions on my dig. The water bladder lid is annoying. The loop that keeps it connected to the pack keeps falling off, and you do indeed have to counter twist before twisting on to get an actual seal, but these are minor annoyances. The bladder seals well once fitted properly and is easy to clean. I bought a cap for the mouth piece that I will install separately. Pleased with the product, though I hope CamelBak will keep quality up and not degenerate as a brand.

A very small, basic camelback
This is a good very small pack for a short hike or for sports. It can fit a couple items in the top pouch and bottom pouches. I kept an epi pen and my wallet in the top pouch and a flashlight, pocket knife, phone, and set of keys in the bottom pouch. If you fill it completely with water it makes the bottom pouch and stretchy area have less room so you may need to compromise. When rolled up I could fit my raincoat in the stretchy open part. It would not be great for storing things you are worried about getting squished. If you are looking to carry more than just the very basics, this is not the pack for you. It was good for me on a day hike when someone else had a backpack to keep our lunches in. It can be hard to fill the bladder without getting the pack wet. It is hard to clean the bladder, as with any camelback. It leaks as other people described if you secure the lid only by turning it to the right. If you turn the cap to the left before turning it to the right it seals better. I do wish the mouth piece had a cap on it.

Easy to use
Product was lightweight. I loved the extra pockets for small items. I used the trick stated in many reviews for creating a leak proof seal (I just had to remember to move the outer ring out of the way 1st -I think it was for hanging the bladder to dry). Opening was large enough to add ice easily. The bite valve worked well. Only negative is the hose tended to crimp a bit when not in use. But it never impacted the flow.

Nice Pack
This is nice hydration pack. I bought it as a alternative to bringing a water bottle when I want to go bike riding or for a short hike. I like that it allows me to be hands free. The No-Drip switch on the bite valve is a nice touch, and the bladder is the right size for my needs. My only issues has come with drying. It may just be me, but I haven't been able to remove the straw from the pack to make sure it gets completely dry. No issues, yet, but in the long run that my be a problem

Awesome!
My girlfriend wanted this so we ordered it after she researched forever on which Camelbak she thought would be best for her. She loves it! She has already used it so many times. It holds a small can of sunscreen, her keys, money, first aid things, snacks, a shirt if she wants to bring one, and so much water. When she was first reading the reviews she was nervous about it leaking, but if you turn the lid counter clockwise first, you will hear/feel it drop THEN turn it clockwise to close it tight. No leaks so far and she absolutely loves using it for day hikes we go on and she even uses it while we fish. We did purchase the bite valve cover in the picture separately, and would definitely recommend getting that as well if you don't want the bite valve to get dirty (also found on Amazon).

Accidentally ordered the women’s pack… still awesome!
Im a guy and have pretty broad shoulders but the pack is made very well. Should be a no-brainer for women or anyone with a narrower figure.

Perfect hydration pak
This hydration backpack is truly perfect for me. It can hold a lot of water for a smaller light weight hydration pak but still has some areas for storage and it does not bounce around when mountain biking. the women’s specific design fits my shoulders much better with the narrower spaced shoulder straps that allows the straps to sit on my shoulders without being too wide. It is the most comfortable camelbak I have ever owned . the water cap is the easiest to close without water leaking too. Great buy!

Love This Product
I read the reviews on this and was worried about the leaking described there but decided to give it a shot anyways. When I first filled it up I thought that I was going to be a victim of the leaking when the water started going everywhere, but then I discovered that the leaking is actually caused by a design issue. The lid that is you screw on is held to the bladder by this piece of plastic that holds it too tightly, this results in the lid being very easy to put on crooked. I have found that the way to prevent this from happening is to seat the lid on the bladder, turn it the opposite way (loosening it) until you feel it snap down, and then proceed to tighten it. This will cause it to have a good seal 100% of the time. Everything else about this pack was great, it was easy to get water from, and it was quite comfortable to wear.

Be aware
Had a big event coming up and I was so glad this model arrived in time. But Imagine my disappointment when I saw label stating it was a women's fit. Nowhere in the product literature did it state that it was intended for women. The return process has begun....

Reasonable product for price
Hydration packs are overpriced IMO - this one is reasonable value for $90. Enough storage for tools, snacks, even an ultra-light coat. Good valve, and like that bladder is integrated. Haven't had long enough to comment on durability, but it seems a little flimsy. Would give it 3.5 if half-stars were an option.

Great pack
I use it for mountain biking and it is an excellent size. Just enough storage for extra tube, bike tools and snacks. Not much room for an extra shirt but i still love it.
