FANTASTIC !!!
Omg I'm so glad I found these. The sponge like Swiss cheese texture allows for a soft sponge like cushion and softness on your feet. These are far superior to the hard gel inserts that do nothing or even feel worse. They are thick yet very comfortable. These are all I would use for plantar fasciitis when I had it, allowing me to work all day in comfort. They feel like a very soft type of rubber, with tons of tiny air pockets in them that don't flatten out like memory foam. These are a must have if your looking for foot relief. Absoloutely awesome product. I will buy no other inserts. Highly recommend.

Not an easy fit into any of my shoes
The size chart was obviously off.... I got these for my dress shoes, cut them to my size as instructed..... They ended up too big and did not fit. So I trimmed them up a bit and it still didn't fit within the shoe. Now I use them for my tennis shoes and it works OK.Wasn't what I expected and still searching for a solution for my dress shoes.
