Good value for backpacking
Have only used for cold day hikes/walks so far, but think they will work great for backpacking. They're not as warm or windproof as full-on rain pants, but definitely add some warmth and are less noisy when walking. In a steady rain they wet through immediately, but dry very very fast. Mine weigh 3.6 oz in a size XL.Sizing: I'm a size ~14 woman and XL fits me. Somewhat tight in the thighs but does fit over pants and comfy to walk in.

great cheap hiking wind pants
I wear 33x32 jeans and ordered X-Large body wrappers. These weigh 104 grams. I've carried this pair for 2 years, so far. For the way I hike, these are great (3-season, more time on trail, less time in camp). They are not durable - take care sitting and high stepping. These work well as occasional wind pants - perfect for protection from bugs, wind and sun, and they're surprisingly warm. A day of use might include warming up in the morning while doing "camp chores", protection from sun on an exposed ridge, protection from stinging nettle on overgrown trail, and then back on for after-dinner drinks while the shorts are hanging up to air out.i wouldn't consider them as protection from rain, and I wouldn't wear them if I planned on wearing pants all day.

overpriced
I love the pant, wear it over my warmer pant but come on, the price is obscene

Great ultra-light Hiking pants
I heard about these from a hiker on the long trail in Vermont. I recently hiked about 300 miles on the AT in Virginia. I wanted something lightweight for those chilly nights and mornings in June. I never take long pants in the summer months just to keep the weight down, so these were perfect. If you're a hiker (male or female) I would highly recommend these. I about five/eight and had to get the extra large women's size and they fit perfectly.

XL Fits 6-ft 0-inch man
I bought these nylon pants as an inexpensive alternative to hiking wind pants. I tried several pair before trying the XL. The XL fits.I am 6ft, 0 inch, 175lbs, 34-36" waist, 32" length. The waist band is elastic and snug, but it's fine. I think that the XL would fit 34" length. Maybe even 36" length? Waist could go to 36", I think.(BTW - I bought a rain skirt separately in lieu of rain pants. I did not get these for rain.)

Bigger than average ballerina and it fit me
I’m 5’8 and 170lb after having 2 babies. gotten XL in another brand and the pants would ride up at my ankles because it was too short. This brand fit PERFECT. It’s always iffy for me buying ballet stuff because I’m not the average build (can’t find leotards that fit my bust either) so imagine my surprise when not only did XL fit perfect, there was extra room and length so the pants don’t ride up at the ankle. Yay!

Great for summer
I own 5 pairs of these. They're amazing for summer wear to hide your skin from the blaring sun. They're also amazing for fitness/dance and look good with a loose t-shirt or leotard. As long as they keep making them I'll keep buying them. I do wish they had more primary colors though like red or navy blue.

Great dupe. Looks like more expensive dance pants!
My daughter needed on short notice for dance. Arrived quickly, reasonably priced and after wearing several times we have no concerns about quality. Wearing well. Washed without any issues. Will definitely buy again when she needs more.

montbell takion pants at one third the price
Got for hiking to use as wind pants. Fantastic, definitely RIP stop. Super lite to carry. Yet to field test but I can tell they will break the wind. I have 40 inch waist 30 inch inseam and xl fits well waist just right, leg bit long but elastic keeps it in check. My wife got large and her 31 inch waist fit perfect. Not a gram weenie but good to save some where you can with no deficit.

Seams frayed
The pants fit great and the seller is good, but the fabric at the hems frayed and tore away from the stitching/elastic before the first wash.
