King Arthur Flour Easy-Roll Dough Improver - 10 oz.

This I use in my pizza dough.. works so good.. easy roll out for the dough.. very happy with the results and glad I can purchase on amazon. Good price..

Doing a same-day pizza dough, I often have problems with it springing back. Have only used this once so far, but seemed to take care of the issue.

It works, but seems a bit pricey for what it does. That said, I used only a tablespoon per four cups of flour in pizza dough, so it will go fairly far if you don't need the full effect of the recommended ratio. It did not totally eliminate snap-back, but reduced it enough to make a noticeable difference in stretching the dough. I actually prefer a LITTLE elasticity; I can stretch the dough slightly larger than the pan diameter and easily draw it back to the desired size. You can achieve the same effect without this product by simply letting the dough rest a bit (five to fifteen minutes usually do the trick, depending on the dough) before the final stretch or roll. If you'd rather not wait -- or fight with a too elastic dough -- this dough improver will make the dough more workable without the wait.

Don't waste your money. Need to add a lot, and it does not do much. Will not buy again. Wish I could return it, but I opened it.

When using the enhancement the bread has a better texture. Easier to knead. Rises better& tastes is tender. King Author is the only flour I use. Great value.Highly recommend

I'm disappointed which is why I gave the product three stars. The King Arthur brand is well respected which is why I purchased their Dough Improver. I received it today, May 27, 2025 and it has a Best if Used By date of August 9, 2025. Dough enhancer can be a bit persnickety if it's used past the Use By date. I might use half of this package by the first of August. This is just not the standard of the King Arthur company.

I bought this to use with pizza dough and it works just like it says. easy to roll dough- yay! Ordered from Amazon instead of King Arthur because KA charges shipping and even an extra charge for shipping to Alaska. I love King Arthur products but NOT their shipping charges!
