Easiest phone call ever
Wow. Purchased a GPS watch two years ago and the watch completely died this past week. Luckily I remembered that I took a chance with extra insurance coverage, provided by Assurant 360. Called up their service line and within minutes had a gift card of the original purchase amount (actually $0.01 more) in my inbox. No hassle, no inquisition questioning, no pictures to provide or item to mail back... just straight conversation with a representative (Mark) who understood our situation and provided resolution in a fast and professional manner. Great value but have not had to use it yet. After my last Garmin was fried by the sun and heat of 2013, I decided to get some insurance just in case.
