"Scaredevil Without Fear!"
The Freak du Chic line of Monster High dolls features the Ghouls as performers from a circus. Toralei is styled as a Tightrope walker. She comes with a stand, āparasolā, and a āposterā card with the doll art displayed on it. Itās very cute. She doesnāt come with a brush. Perhaps it was left out accidentally Iām not sure. Her skirt is two layers and her belt is fabric. The belt is sewn to her dress at two points which can cause it to ride up a bit. Her little headband is plastic and features an umbrella and āfeathersā. She has Purple and black streaks in her long waves. Her make up is a light peach eye-shadow on her upper lid, purple on the lower, and her lipstick is a shimmery strawberry red. Her eyelashes are really different. They seem to be decorated at the ends with a dot. The smaller ones all around her eyes arenāt connected to her eyelashes but in the art is seems like that was the idea. The shoes are like little circus stages decorated with a kitty head on the top of her sandal. The heel reminds me of a popcorn cart wheel. The straps are molded to look rope-like and there is a little pouf shape where it all comes together. The parasol has little cat ears, eyes, and nose. The handle is decorated with two feathers similar to the ones on her headband. Her headband and the handle are both black and unpainted. She has a hard time holding the parasol. Her elbow and wrist are too weak and keep falling over with the parasol in hand. Also the āclawā hand they like to give her (and other āwereā types) can make it difficult to get in the enclosure for her to simulate holding the parasol. I fear that it would mess up her hand/fingers if I displayed her holding it. I may attempt using a rubber band instead. That same arm also wonāt go down all the way but I think a bit of flash might be preventing that. She is from Indonesia (usually expect hair glue problems) but her hair is so fluffy soft! Iām very happy. Iāve been trying to find a Toralaei with nice hair. I have a Coffin Bean Toralei and while I love her her is awful greasy. I have to tend to it every few weeks and it eats through rubber-band.Overall very cute and Iām satisfied with the doll. :)(I'm sorry if the pictures are sideways. I'm not sure how to flip them here on amazon since they're displayed properly everywhere else.)

Purrfect Costume Inspiration
I don't usually get Monster High Dolls, but I love the Circus theme minus clowns. I couldn't help but fall in love with her shoes and her cat umbrella. Seeing as I make costumes, I bought this for future costume inspiration. Since she's mainly for inspiration and not as much for collecting in my own collection. I went ahead and took her out of her package and I pose her on my shelf with her doll stand. I also got Rochelle Goyle in this line, so Toralei gets to stand on the stage. I like that they included the cardboard poster so that you could switch out the Scaregrounds poster with whatever character you like. My favorite part of this doll is definitely the shoes with the cat heads and all the little details.

Toralei is an adorable tight-rope walking in the Freak du Chic circus line
Toralei is an adorable tight-rope walking in the Freak du Chic circus line. She comes with a headband that has molded feather plumes as well as an umbrella with a kitty face and ears on top. Her shoes have a lot of rope detailing as well as a unicycle for the heel. Her dress is pretty with a couple layers, but as many dolls recently, the skirt edges are not hemmed. She comes with a doll stand and poster. She also has a light and dark purple stripe in her hair as well as a very detailed face-up. This is a fun doll to play with, even if she doesn't hold her umbrella up well.

Pretty doll, crummy hair, tail falls out easily.
Beautiful doll, my girls lover her, Its poor quality hair, it is already fizzy and knotted up, ive brushed it 6 times already and its only been 12 hours. I had to put her hair in 2 braids. But all that matters is my two girls, 6 ans 3 1/2 love her, my 6 year old snuck her to school today in her backpack. The tail fell out and the arms are a little stiff but ALL Toralei's tails fall out no matter which version of the doll you get.

Toralie is the greatest!!!!!
Just so clawsome. I am a hardcore odd dolls enthusiast ( monster high, bratz witches, Ever After High exclusive Alice in wonderland collection, living dead dolls) I loved this collection so much I had to buy them all. I only buy 1st edition of doll to any set & then only core dolls if they're changed or put into a SDCC edition or something completely different than 1st edition of doll. Here is Toralie in her freakiness. She's my favorite & I only buy her in different ways is because I love her....can't get enough

Beautiful with awesome shoes
I like her more than I thought I would. She is beautiful and classy with nice shoes. It was my first Toralei doll. I can imagine that the tail might make it more fragile for a kid to play with. She was quite expensive and I kept an eye on her for months to wait for the price to drop. Thank goodness it did
