Disappointed!
Quite high net carbs per serving. 4-5 rotis per day can bring your carb intake to 20-25 gms which when combined with carbs from other sources can easily bring you out of ketosis. 25 grams of carb per day is almost on the higher limit of allowed carbs and if so much is taken in a single meal, it is quite high. Percentage of wheat flour mixed is not given and no response from seller when asked via product review or via their feedback mail either. Appears quite fishy, I think they don't want to reveal the percentage. It might have atleast 1/4 of wheat flour added to it (almost 250 grams of wheat per kg of flour is my assumption based on calorie values).You can use it for a low carb diet but it is not worth for keto diet. The only positives are it tastes good and priced competitively. But again with such high wheat content taste is bound to be good. Poor transparency from company on the product contents percentage. We want to know what we eat and not blindly believe the claims.I am forced to add in some almond flour or coconut flour to the mix to reduce out carb content. Sigh!
