Jar top was not on upon arrival
I did not find away to contact the seller. The jar top was completely off when the padded plastic envelope was opened. It may have popped off due to excessive heat.

Jar came cracked open. Needs to be packed in better material. Won’t be buying again. Disappointed, I wanted my apple butter.
