Has anyone tried this on wheel chair hand rims? Curious if it would hold up?

This question was probably asked years ago, as long as it's not making repeated contact with the ground. They also make spray adhesives to help bond with metal and other surfaces

Don’t know. I use them. Mainly for my self defense sticks indoors. But why would you play baseball/softball in the rain? Doesn’t it get rained out?

Will this work on a blitzball bat?

It would depend on the dimension of the end of the bat. If it fits over the end knob, then sure. It did NOT fit over the end knob of my aluminum bat. I'm not sure what a "blitzball bat" is exactly. Measure carefully before ordering.

Is it easily removable?

Yes it is I haven’t had any problems with this batting grip.
