I absolutely love these locks. I have 2 of the model s and one deadbolt. They are easy to install and setup. I love all the features; personalized entry, easy to set up, free entry, and sharing rights. Customer service is super friendly and helpful. One of my model s had a mechanical issue and the customer service was extremely helpful and replaced the lock without hassle. Sure I had to provide details and proof of purchase but after that I had a new lock with a few days! So professional and polite.

I usually don’t write reviews but this customer service warrants it.We had our Sifely lock since January ‘23 and it worked well until June ‘25 when the motor stopped working. I emailed their customer service on Friday and had a brand new lock at my door by Monday. This was out of warranty and with no run around at all.They didn’t even want their old lock back.This is a great lock and rest assured it comes with great customer service as well.

This lock has been a game changer for my business. It’s so nice to be able to monitor who enters and not have to give out keys. We LOVED the fingerprint option, unfortunately that only worked for about 2 years and now we have to use a passcode to enter. Which is fine. It’s difficult to use when it rains and the screen has gotten less sensitive over time. However it is 4 years old so not bad for the investment I made.For the past 6-8 months it has been using an unusually high number of batteries also. So it’s time to replace.Unfortunately when I did order a replacement a few months ago I accidentally ordered the wrong one (with a deadbolt which won’t work for this door) and we didn’t catch the mistake in time to return it so just saving up to buy a new one now.

Absolutely love this lock!!! I bought Yale for over $200 and its piece of crap, never worked and the customer service wouldn’t replace it. I highly recommend this one! Super easy to install, very good looking and I love fingerprint feature! The only thing if you want remote access, you need to get a separate device -getaway. Still worth it!!
