I bought this about 2 months ago an was the best investment ever I used to wash at the public laundry mats now with this virus I'm safer at home with at least doing laundry not having to use the public laundry mats it washes so good the dryer doesn't completely dry but it spins out the clothes pretty dry I hang them an let them finish air drying I have washed light blankets an sheets I place it in my tub to wash so much easier an I use the shower head with hose to fill it I use an extension cord I wrap it around the rod just to be safe so no water contact better safe than sorry hope this helps happy buying you wint regret it

Yes, this did get my clothes clean but the drain in the washer compartment never drained well and we had to make adjustments. The motor for the dryer compartment died 10 days after the return window closed. So after 5 months of use, I'm left with a piece of junk. I have read from the other reviewers that the buyer must pay the return shipping so in the long run this does not save you money compared to using a laundromat.

The media could not be loaded. The hose was too small to Connect to anything i have to fill a bucket to fill it up ( it can be messy ) need better instructions. I had to look on youtube to guild me how to use it the easiest way. But I am happy with how clean it get our clothes and it drys amazing, i’m praying the dryer doesn’t burn out i use at least 2 days a week to wash a house hold of 3. ( i heard they burn out after two months, i’ve had mine for 1) wish it had better horses but it works for what it is.

Did not like the hose being far too low. Had to find a sturdy heavy duty box to lift the machine so that rinsing clothes n draining would not be problematic.

Cute, small, somewhat of a sound but nothing too crazy but mine had a bit of an issue with the water getting out so we had to place it in a lifted spot so the water can flow nicely and correctly. But still better then going out and about for 2hours

I live in an apartment that doesn’t have a washer on site. This will definitely save a lot of money from not going to the laundry mat as often. The washer is of course too small to wash quilts other than that pretty much everything will wash in it. At first I had a problem with air drying the clothes and they’d come out stiff. I’ve learned after hanging them up to set a fan in front of it and no problem since. Within the 2 weeks of having it I’ve only done about 6 loads, but so far so good. Only con is it took a month to be delivered and tracking wasn’t updated with the package.

It took a month to finally receive my washer, but when I did it seemed as if it were used already. The insides were dirty like they were used already. The only reason I didn’t send it back is because I would have to cover my own return fee.I also haven’t used it yet because all of the cords are too short and I haven’t bought an extension cord yet.
