I bought these for use during a 4 day trip to Disneyland. And while my feet still hurt at the end of the day, these still provided a ton of relief. Nothing can really keep your feet from feeling sore when you walk like 5 miles on concrete every day for four days. Still, I know how it felt without using these insoles and I won't ever go back. I recommend them.

This was a game changer for me. Not diagnosed with, but pretty sure I had the beginning of plantar. After a couple of days with these insoles my pain went from 7 down to 2. One of the best puchases I have made. Now with plantar it seems everyone can vary, but I am a pure sceptic and these things worked. Hope they do the same for you.

I like these orthotics better than the ones I got from my doctor my feet feel great. They fit into my shoes relatively well I mean it makes them a little tight, but it’s nothing I can’t deal with. My feet aren’t tired and they don’t ache. I’d buy these again.

Bought for use as a lateral wedge insert for Supination. It provides good support, but not sure whether it is better than a true custom orthotic for this issue. It costs a whole lot less though!!!!!!!!

Very happy with these. Had arch (plantar fasciitis) pain and needed something that worked quick. These worked. They eliminated the pain in a matter of days. I know there are more expensive inserts out there -- and I've tried several. These work just as well in my view.

I recently took a part time job where I am working standing up for 4-7 hours a day. Doing so my lower back was feeling it to the point of Tylenols and heating pads afterwards and the next day. After doing a google search someone had recommended these in Combination with the Skechers restaurant workers shoes. I got the Shoes first and they helped a little bit but not that much.After 4 shifts with just the new shoes (30-40 bucks on Amazon) I decided to try these inserts and they helped tremendously. The lower back soreness went from a 8-9 to a 1-2 after using these. They are not cheap by any means but in my opinion worth the investment for sure. Also if you have a HSA you may be able to pay or be reimbursed for these. I thought the Video was cool to determine your Arch type! Hope this helps.

I ordered these because I am a teacher, and it's state testing season! I'm so glad I did...these insoles make my feet feel like I'm walking on air. They also helped with the impact on my knees. I'll update after I stand for 4 hours in testing.
