I love this stuff. It smells amazing I can't describe it (not floral). I have fine hair but.It never looks greasy. Gives my hair some weight and volume.

Disappointing and expensive

Questo olio è fantastico ed è questo il motivo per cui l'ho riacquistato nonostante il costo. purtroppo la boccetta è arrivata un po' svitata e il prodotto contenuto era meno della metà, la confezione ovviamente unta. We are Paradox Hangover Hair Elixir.... First of all I love the design of the bottle it comes in a 75ml silver metal whiskey flask design with a screw top lid.It has a slight scent which I would put down to the mixture of essential oils. The other good thing about this oil is that it's 97% natural formulated with organic oils and extracts.No parabens and Pegs,plastic free and cruelty free. Also it's suitable for vegans. This oil is a thick oil and has the right ingredients for dry dehydrated hair with oils such as Argan oil which helps to improve condition and texture. Coconut oil strengthens, soya oil which will leave hair non greasy while improving moisture retention and shine aslo Irish whiskey which adds strength shine and bounce. There's also a whole list of other essential oils which are great for hair. I tested this oil on my 2 daughters one has silky long hair and the other has very long frizzy wavy hair. With trial and error we got it right, you only need a tiny amount and if you have thick long hair you might need the tiniest bit extra added as you go along.If you put too much it will make your hair look greasy. We put it on damp hair and once we got it right we was amazed at the results especially by the results of my daughter with frizzy hair.This oil made her hair soft and brought out her natural curls they looked amazing. Her hair looked glossy, Shiney and healthy with lovely curly locks. My other daughter who already had straight hair had a lovely glossy healthy shine. I think judging by my daughters results this oil will really make a big difference on dry damaged hair or to tame frizzy curly hair and bring out the healthy bouncy glossy curls if used correctly, you have to remember to use a tiny bit at a time and build up if you have thick or extra long hair otherwise as I mentioned before it will look greasy.Overall this oil is fantastic if used correctly but I do think that it is a bit pricey. I think it would make a perfect gift especially as the design stands out and look fab on one's dresser etc. 5 stars.

I would say that this is quite an unusual and unique product, in that it is unlike any other oil or serum I've used previously. According to the manufacturer can be used in several ways. I've not used it as a styling product before blow drying my hair or as a treatment as, not suffering from dry hair, I don't really need to use it in these ways. Having blow-dried my hair as normal I've applied the product afterwards to smooth any fly-away ends. I heeded the manufacturer's guidance by only applying a tiny amount to my fingertips and rubbing them together before just lightly applying to the ends of my hair. I found the results from applying it this way to be very good. It achieves smoothness with no stickiness but doesn't weigh the hair down and ruin the body and bounce achieved through bow-drying. The product has a pleasing fresh smell, slightly citrus. It comes in in a bottle shaped like a hip flask referencing the whisky ingredient and has a screw top on a hinge, which makes it quite fun and unique. Unlike other hair oils and serums it is not in the least bit sticky and actually feels a little bit like water to touch. Hence, you will not need a lot of product to to achieve results. I'm not sure that I would pay £28 for a product of this type if I saw it in the shops, however given that only a tiny amount would be needed at each usage I can see that at the product would last much longer than you would expect and therefore works out at better value for money.
