It works
Authentic batteries. I got two to replace the two that came with my Skil'y and I got that when Skil came out with the cordless saw. So how ever long that's been? 4years? That's not bad battery life in my opinion as I use it for 40-50 hours a week. Good price as well considering when Skil launched the cordless worm drive they had the batteries priced at $250 per...those goofballs were taking a turn at Milwaukee Marketing. I was glad to see that foolishness pass away.Anyways it's a great battery and it did well in negative temps this early January

Absolutely garbage batteries
I own many milwaukee and dewalt batteries and none even come close to the 230-250 that these cost. Have had larger batteries last 6 plus years. These batteries I get maybe 2 years max. I purchased 2 the other day. Both dead on arrival, no bars shown. 2 replacements sent and both of them were dead and no bars shown.trjed all in 2 different chargers and no lights were activated. Skil won't stand behind you even if within the warranty period. I really like the saws but the batteries are the worst I've ever used. Don't buy

It’s a huge battery wish my skillsaw made it aswell
What I dislike was that I didn’t receive the skillsaw that went with this battery

Not worth it.
I bought 2 of these batteries and neither of them worked. They wouldn’t even charge. They are not worth the price.

Defective batteries.
I bought three skillsaws and 4 batteries and 3 of the batteries stopped workingI bought a metabo 7-1/4 saw with a 36v battery alot cheaper and very light and with a single charge we used the saw all day.Now I have a pile of skillsaws and instead of spend $1,000 in 4 batteries I will get two sets of metabo.

Not a good battery
Battery is not good. It gets discharged too quickly. We had a few of them that stopped working after a few weeks of use. I would not recommend this product.
