WONDERFUL Product - for it's intended purpose!!!!
This product is exactly what I expected. Our family LOVES it! It is extraordinarily easy to set up and pack away with flex-twist design, similar to a car sunshade. The heavy-duty material is strong and provides a dark environment perfect for sleeping. These are acceptable trade-offs for the overall weight. The zippers are well made, and provide for alternative windows/doors on all sides. Tie-down options are numerous on all sides, and allow for stability in windy situations. I added a few extra tent pegs to my kit for assured stability, and it performs well. Per the directions, the tube inside the tent pole sleeve also serves as the rain cover support upright. This has been overlooked by other product reviewers, and should be implemented when the rain cover is used. I appreciated the timely delivery. The product includes a heavy-duty felt-type removable floor carpet. We do not use the bottom flooring poles and it is still sturdy when the carpet is in place and it is staked down. Fits a card table and 4 folding chairs nicely or a queen size air mattress will completely fill the floor space.

Super leaky and not sturdy.
During our first use, the tent leaked like crazy in a rain (which was actually not too heavy), even with the rain fly and the center supporting pole set up. We had to take our bed into our car in the middle of the night. The ceiling dripped water in multiple places, and the floor was soaking wet.One of the four clamps on the bottom of the tent was completely broken when we were in the middle of folding the tent. We followed the instructions on the manual by the way.During the communication with the customer service when I requested a refund, they replied fast. However, they shipped out replacement accessories in haste, without waiting for my decision (whether I still want to return or do I accept replacements). They ended up recalling the shipment when I insisted returning.A great concept, but flawed design and ignorant customer service. What a shame.

This tent has some serious design problems.
The size is ok, it's fairly easy to set up. BUT the rod holder on the floor broke off the second time I set up this tent, the windows are designed to open upside down..the flap should be able to be used as an awning, the back door entrance is totally unacceptable...why you thought this high of a step was necessary to enter the tent is crazy. this entrance is dangerously high, there is nothing to grab on to and several scraped knees were the result of pitching over this threshold onto the ground, there is no good way to fasten down the lower flap area of the car door area, my bumper and most new car bumpers are fiberglass and NOT magnetic, the magnets you did give us are barely adequate, and your rain flap attachment idea is a full on joke. I have added ties and separate pegs to the rain flap sides, two extra ties to hold it against the roof, and two light weight poles to use to form an awning of the back door flap, along with 25' of extra ropes, color coded for ease of separation. the roof plastic tube idea is poor at best, will be interesting to see how long this lasts. all in all, I think this tent was designed by people who haven't done a lot of camping, and don't know much about tents. Very disappointing. And how are you going to replace the broken rod pocket for me?

Good tent but expensive
It hold up pretty good in the rain, it did leak a bit from one of the sides but I did lost the magnets that hold it in place to the car on the second day so that was on me lol the only downside it’s the price. I feel like I can bootleg a cheaper tent and get the same results lol definitely a 5 star tent if it was half the price.

Unexpectedly fast delivery!
Will have to come back to update once I have set it up, but I had to jump on right away to exclaim about how surprisingly quick delivery was! I ordered on the 17th (only a week or two after someone told me it was finally available through Amazon). When I placed the order it said it would arrive between a month and two months later. That was totally fine with me, as I understood it was coming from overseas. Instead, it arrived in exactly a week! I can’t guarantee that quick of shipping for everyone in the world, but I was certainly pleased! Now I can’t wait to set it up and find out if it really is the minivan camper accessory I’ve been dying for someone to create. 😊

Do not buy this item
Shoddy materials. Poles bent on first use making them useless. Plastic holders for the poles are so inadequate when setting up the poles. Two zippers were inoperable when I got it (should have sent it back right away), the interior support straps fell off in the middle of the night. I used this CARSULE for one night and I want my money back. Otherwise it is going in the trash. what a waste of 400 bucks. The videos of the product are very misleading. A regular tent would have been a much better investment. The web page says you can't return it if you have used it once. How else do you know if it works or not? Beware, beware.

Not good in any wind
This tent offers nice usable space. But after two uses the rods are now bent and no longer fit into connectors. I guess this happens when it’s windy after setting up tent. Sorry I bought this

Not as grand as I’d hoped
I love the concept, and watched numerous videos about the product before I purchased, so I felt pretty informed and was excited. Set up and take down can be challenging, especially trying to fold it back to the correct shape to get into the bag. I love the carpet it comes with, tho, it is great. The zippers are loud (which seem much louder at night in the dark). I’m not a fan of the black fabric. Although it’s great to keep brightness down and gives great privacy, if it’s hot outside, then it’s a million more degrees inside and you must open the windows for air (but that cuts down on your privacy). My biggest complaint has been how high from the ground the openings are. Having to step so high to get in and out, my foot would catch and I’d practically fall coming in or out (too many times to count). I felt like I needed something to hold onto to steady myself (but there’s nothing when you’re camping in the wilderness). Small kids had a hard time as well, since the bottom of the entrances are much higher than standard tent openings.
