Can it take good action photos?

It can take great action shots, I think indoor action shots are harder to capture anyway, but yes it will. It does have a sports setting (I personally don't use it) it will take 15 photos at one time, it does however take a while to save the images therefore you can't continue to click another photo. But if you use other settings then yes you can capture good action photos.

Does this Camera come with the camera strap, the cords to upload the pictures and the batteries required? I am only asking since this is used.
