Dont Waste your money.
I have a 100cc big bore kit on a TaoTao Pony max speed is about 42 on a straight away with 6.5 rollers, gets up to 55 down a regular hill, up hill it does about 30-35, so I put these sliders on to see if it would get to 42 faster and help me up hills, not only does it not get to 42 faster it slowed me down to 37 and my top speed down regular hills was only about 47. Bottom Line if you have a big bore kit this will not help you, don't waste your money. I'm going to try it on my friends 50cc and maybe give another review.

Works great.
Just what I needed for my 2002 Yamaha Vino-50. I wanted a nice & smooth top end cruising speed, and this along with the rest of my "tune-up" delivered just that. These slide weights along with a new belt & removing the governor spacer from the variator shaft work great. The original belt was only half worn & the old roller weights looked ok, but to hold a steady speed between 35-40mph I had to have the throttle almost wide open. Now it cruises nicely around 37mph at 3/4 throttle @ approximately 7,600rpm according to the tachometer.

Worth every penny
Definitely helped improve acceleration with a bit more top speed. I'm using the 5 gram weights in my Yamaha C3.

Does the trick.
Work a lot better if you pay attention and put them in correctly the first time. They will go in a couple different ways. Helped my pickup off the line in Yamaha c3.

These are a plus.
These are great. I gained 5 mph from these in my stock variator on my 2009 Honda metropolitan. Definitely worth it and easy to install of you got the right tools.

These weights work very nice
Really nice throttle response now on my aprilia sr50. Mine is a 2000 carb version and with exahaust mods to the stock exhaust, jetting and these weights I got 48.6 mph on flat ground and I weight almost 200#

These sliders work great. I suggest going a gram heavier than you would with a roller. I am using 6.5 gram sliders in my 2013 zuma 50f.
