39”-40” waist & 30” inseam…. Not sure to get large or xlarge?

I wear 32W x34L and i got Large - Tall. They fit well. You will need XL. These pants are fantastic!

How durable are these?

Crazy durable, will last forever.

Not at all waterproof but very comfortable and much thicker than I originally thought. I would recommend bibs for waterproofing and these under the bibs for warmth they are more of a layering style of pants.

Very nice quality

Awesome except the sizing is very weird. I wear 34" waist and the size large could fit a size 42". The medium tall however could only fit a 30".

Great hunting pants

Fit well, relatively warm, seem durable. Wore in the blind at zero degrees with mid weight long underwear and stayed warm. Really like the built in belt and double zipper on the fly. Taper leg fits Muck boots perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

Stupid Warm

Stupid warm!!! Bought to use under my gortex waders. Fit and range of motion were good. The foot strap is a love/hate thing, love that fact it keeps the pants down hate that it rubs a hot spot under my foot.
