How do you secure a bike with fenders?

My bike had a rack on the back above the fender so I secured it on the rack.

How many of these racks can you fit in a 2016 Chevy 2500 hd

The rack is 18 inches wide. Assuming the tailgate of your 2016 Chevy 2500 HD is the same width as my 2016 GMC Denali which is 61 inches you can fit 3 racks. My Denali is a shot bed so I have to turn the front wheel for the bikes to fit. the length of the bed. If you try to fit 3 full-size bikes in a shot bed you may have to take the front wheel off of the middle bike.
