Is there any difference in glove oil and glove conditioner? If so which is recommended for restoring an old softball glove?

I haven’t found them to be different. I’ve used this product to break in a new glove and to restore an old glove. Works just fine.

Does the bottle come sealed when shipped?

No, and it was leaking slightly.

Would this help inside the glove where you put your palm?

While breaking-in a new glove ... sure. Be sure to wipe off any excess so the leather doesn't get soaked (heavy). Haven't tried this product on an older glove yet - but I can't believe it wouldn't work if you don't use too much.
