First of all, the dimensions of this are 35" wide, 33" tall, 20" deep. Overall, very good quality. The lid doesn't stay down on it's own. You have to lock it down with the key or else it will just pop back up. This is not a huge issue for me but a minor inconvenience.The box arrived quickly and without problems. The tool box is fully assembled except for the handle. This is a big time saver! I'm happy!

Bad quality control.
Top flip top had chip paint & corner was bent. Top 2 drawers were sticking, which made it very hard to open. Bottom drawers were uneven (wider clearance gap on left side than right side). I also had missing hardware.
