How many bags do you need to hold the sled in place when shooting my 3p0 win mag

This is more of a bag to put on a window seal like of a deer blind to steady your gun on. Not made for lead sled really.

Can it be laid out flat? like on a barrel? for nrl22 shooting

It can be laid out flat. So you have a rest for your barrel.

What is it filled with ?

The bag is filled with what appears to be ceramic cylinders ~1.5 mm in diameter x 1.5 mm thick. The filling is heavy enough for good stability without excessive weight (like sand).

will this work on a normal ground blind, or is it to heavy? and weigh the shooting openings down

It will weigh the shooting openings down a bit but I have used it on a ground blind before.

Corn cob and weavel bug filling

Buyer beware:. These are filled with ground up corn cob (says on the tag). When I opened mine it had weavel bugs in it. And the tag says to not use sand...The construction of the bag is OK for the price but the corn cob filling from China is a no-go.
